What We Offer
This class will be sixty minutes in duration practicing and exploring various asanas. This practice focuses on the synchronization of breathe to movement and develops mental focus, flexibility and strength. In addition to asanas, time is spent on meditation and stillness. This class is welcome to all levels.
Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.
HIIT Power Yoga
Structured with a combination of high-intensity, cardio-based flows that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, and slow-flow stretches to relieve the tension.
Fast-paced, barbells, weight plates, dumbbells & steppers used to help you get lean, toned, and fit. It uses a combination of motivational music and moves to help achieve these targets more quickly than you would on your own.
